The Nifty Realty index was trading 0.57% down at 236.55 ahead of the RBI policy meet outcome on Wednesday. Oberoi Realty was the top loser on the index and dropped ~3%. Prestige, DLF, and Brigade were also trading in the red late on Monday morning. On the flipside, Unitech, Godrej Properties, Indiabulls Real Estate, and Phoenix Mills were trading in green.
