Sensex opened the week at 33240, made a high of 33269, low of 32523 and closed the week at 32968. Thus the Sensex closed the week with a gain of 372 points. At the same time, the Nifty opened the week at 9989, made a high of 10210 low of 9977 and closed the week at 10120. Thus the Nifty closed the week with a Gain of 117 points. The year 2017-18 saw the bulls losing their steam, with the Sensex rising 12 per cent, compared with a 16 per cent rally in FY17. On the other hand, the Nifty 50 index gained 11% in FY18, as against 18% in the previous corresponding period. India's stocks, bonds and currency markets are closed on Thursday and Friday for Mahaveer Jayanti and Good Friday respectively. Trading will resume on Monday.

सोना 650 रुपए हुआ सस्ता, 31300 रुपए प्रति दस ग्राम पर आए भाव

लोकल ज्वैलर्स और रिटेलर्स के बीच सुस्त डिमांड के कारण सोना सस्ता हो गया है। शुक्रवार को दिल्ली बुलियन मार्केट में सोने की कीमत 650 रुपए की गिरावट 31,300 रुपए प्रति दस ग्राम रह गईं। वहीं इंडस्ट्रियल यूनिट्स और क्वाइन मेकर्स के बीच कमजोर उठान के कारण चांदी की चमक भी फीकी पड़ गई है। चांदी की नई कीमत 600 रुपए गिरकर 39,150 रुपए प्रति किलोग्राम हो गई है।

इन वजहों से आई गिरावट
-मार्केट के जानकारों का कहना है कि डोमेस्टिक मार्केट में लोकल ज्वैलर्स और रिटेलर्स के बीच सोना के डिमांड में गिरावट आई है।
-वहीं दुनिया की अन्य प्रमुख करंसीज की तुलना में डॉलर के मजबूत होने से भी सोने पर दबाव बढ़ा है।
-अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर सोना हाजिर गुरुवार को 0.20 डॉलर की तेजी में 1,325.20 डॉलर प्रति औंस पर पहुंचा। वहीं अप्रैल का अमेरिकी सोना फ्यूचर हालांकि 0.40 डॉलर की गिरावट के साथ 1,329.60 डॉलर प्रति औंस रह गया।
-वहीं ग्लोबल मार्केट में चांदी हाजिर 0.04 डॉलर की तेजी के साथ 16.33 डॉलर प्रति औंस रह गई।

• Punjab National Bank to honour 352 LOUs and FLCs collectively worth Rs 6,500 crore: Punjab national bank will honour 352 maturing letters of undertaking (LoUs) and foreign letters of credit (FLCs) issued by it, collectively worth Rs 6,500 crore, the lender said in a statement.

Metal stocks down over 1.5%; Tata Steel falls 3%

Shares of metal companies fell as investors booked profits after Tuesday's gains ahead of the expiry of March derivative series later today and an extended weekend. The Nifty Metal Index declined as much as 2% today weighed by losses in shares of Tata Steel, Jindal Steel & Power and Hindalco Industries. At Rs 805 bn, fundraising via IPOs in FY18 double the previous best

Analysts attribute the FY18 trend to buoyancy in the secondary market luring companies/promoters to tap the primary market for raising money Fund raising through initial public offers (IPOs) has hit an all-time high during the financial year 2017-18 (FY18). Thus far in FY18, 43 companies have raised a combined Rs 805 billion through IPOs, surpassing its previous high recorded nearly a decade ago. Back in FY08, 84 companies had raised Rs 413 billion via IPOs, data sourced from PRIME Database suggests.

HAL की कमजोर लिस्टिंग, इश्यू प्राइस से 5% डिस्काउंट पर लिस्ट

डिफेंस सेक्टर में काम करने वाली हिंदुस्तान एयरोनॉटिक्स लिमिटेड (HAL) की कमजोर लिस्टिंग हुई। एनएसई पर HAL का स्टॉक 5.19 फीसदी डिस्काउंट के साथ 1,152 रुपए पर लिस्ट हुआ। वहीं बीएसई पर स्टॉक 3.8 फीसदी डिस्काउंट के साथ 1169 रुपए पर लिस्ट हुआ। लिस्टिंग के बाद स्टॉक में तेजी आई औऱ बीएसई पर स्टॉक 1184 के हाई पर पहुंच गया।

 Nifty traded on high volatile note for today. In morning session nifty took a gap up opening and moved around the same numbers in later half. Nifty-50 futures moved in the range and close above 10150 level. Similar pattern was seen in Midcap stocks and also same was for small cap counters too. For coming session market 10250 is considered to be a strong resistance.

Bank Nifty Index saw a volatile movement for the day. Index taking a gap up opening and was seen trading on mixed note in later hours of the day. सरकारी कंपनी मिश्र धातु निगम (मिधानि) पर विदेशी निवेशकों को भरोसा नहीं है। वो इसलिए कि मिधानि के इनिशल पब्लिक ऑफर (आईपीओ) पर फॉरेन इंस्टीट्यूशनल इन्वेस्टर्स (एफआईआई) ने बिड नहीं लगाई।

1.21 गुना भरा आईपीओ

- कंपनी का 438 करोड़ रुपए का आईपीओ आखिरी दिन 1.21 गुना सब्सक्राइब हुआ।

- रिटेल इन्वेस्टर्स का हिस्सा 72 फीसदी और हाई नेटवर्थ इन्डविजूअल का हिस्सा 12 फीसदी सब्सक्राइब हुआ।

- सरकार आईपीओ के जरिए अपनी 26 फीसदी हिस्सा बेच रही है।

- एसबीआई कैप्स और आईडीबीआई बैंक इस इश्यू के बुक रनिंग मैनेजर हैं।

- इस साल सरकारी कंपनियों का यह तीसरा आईपीओ है। इससे पहले भारत डायनामिक्स और हिंदुस्तान एरोनॉटिक्स का आईपीओ आया था।
