यूटीआई म्यूचुअल फंड के IPO पर छिड़ी शेयरधारकों में बहस

यूटीआई म्यूचुअल फंड की अंदरूनी कलह खुलकर सामने आ रही है. माना जा रहा है कि इस तरह की खबरों से देश के सबसे पुराने फंड हाउस का प्रस्तावित आईपीओ टल सकता है. फंड हाउस में प्रमुख शेयरधारक भारतीय जीवन बीमा निगम (एलआईसी) ने निवेश और सार्वजनिक संपत्ति प्रबंधन विभाग (डीआईपीएएम) को लिखित रूप में अपने डर का जिक्र किया है. सूत्रों के अनुसार, एलआईसी ने विभाग से कहा कि यूटीआई एएमसी के आईपीओ में और विलंब हो सकता है.

गार्डन रीच के आर्इपीओ में निवेश की अवधि बढ़ गर्इ है. सरकारी कंपनी ने इसमें तीन दिन का इजाफा किया है. यह इश्यू अब एक अक्टूबर तक सब्सक्रिप्शन के लिए खुला रहेगा. इतना ही नहीं, आर्इपीओ के प्राइस बैंड में भी बदलाव किया गया है. यह पब्लिक इश्यू बुधवार को बंद होना था. इसके जरिए कंपनी 344 करोड़ रुपये जुटाएगी. बीएसर्इ के आंकड़ों के मुताबिक, बीते रोज पांच बजे तक इसे 67 फीसदी ही सब्सक्रिप्शन मिला था.

TCNS Clothing makes listless debut; falls below issue price

TCNS Clothing has made a listless debut on the bourses by opening at par against its issue price of Rs 716 per share on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). However, it opened at Rs 715, a tad below its issue price. At 10:06 am; the stock was trading at Rs 706, down 1.4% against its issue price, after hitting high of Rs 725 on the NSE and BSE post its listing. It touched a low of Rs 692 on the BSE and Rs 702 on the NSE in intra-day trade so far. A combined 3.23 million equity shares have changed hands on the counter on both the exchanges.

 Nifty extended gains for fifth consecutive session and ends on a flat note amid consolidation despite crude oil prices hit more than four-year high. Nifty managed to close above 10,400 levels. Consolidation is expected to continue for couple of days as investors want to watch corporate earnings before taking fresh positions.

The development triggered a fall in most other banking stocks, with the Nifty PSU Bank index slipping around 2.33%.

At Rs 805 bn, fundraising via IPOs in FY18 double the previous best

Analysts attribute the FY18 trend to buoyancy in the secondary market luring companies/promoters to tap the primary market for raising money Fund raising through initial public offers (IPOs) has hit an all-time high during the financial year 2017-18 (FY18). Thus far in FY18, 43 companies have raised a combined Rs 805 billion through IPOs, surpassing its previous high recorded nearly a decade ago. Back in FY08, 84 companies had raised Rs 413 billion via IPOs, data sourced from PRIME Database suggests.

1.21 गुना भरा आईपीओ

- कंपनी का 438 करोड़ रुपए का आईपीओ आखिरी दिन 1.21 गुना सब्सक्राइब हुआ।

- रिटेल इन्वेस्टर्स का हिस्सा 72 फीसदी और हाई नेटवर्थ इन्डविजूअल का हिस्सा 12 फीसदी सब्सक्राइब हुआ।

- सरकार आईपीओ के जरिए अपनी 26 फीसदी हिस्सा बेच रही है।

- एसबीआई कैप्स और आईडीबीआई बैंक इस इश्यू के बुक रनिंग मैनेजर हैं।

- इस साल सरकारी कंपनियों का यह तीसरा आईपीओ है। इससे पहले भारत डायनामिक्स और हिंदुस्तान एरोनॉटिक्स का आईपीओ आया था।
