मुकेश अंबानी की रिलायंस और बीपी मिलकर लगाएंगे 5500 पेट्रोल पंप

देश के दिग्गज कारोबारी मुकेश अंबानी के नेतृत्व वाली रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज और ब्रिटिश तेल कंपनी बीपी मिलकर देश में 5500 पेट्रोल पंप की स्थापना करेंगे। इसके लिए दोनों कंपनियों ने एक जाइंट वेंचर बनाया है। इस वेंचर के तहत भारत में एयरलाइंस कंपनियों को एविएशन टर्बाइन फ्यूल की आपूर्ति भी की जाएगी। दोनों कंपनियों ने संयुक्त बयान जारी कर यह जानकारी दी है।

सेंसेक्स टुडे | शेयर बाजार: नरम शुरुआत, यस बैंक 3% फीसदी चढ़ा

शेयर बाजार में निराशा छाई हुई है. सोमवार को भारी गिरावट के बाद मंगलवार को बाजार खुलने पर बिकवाली का बोलबाला रहा. विदेशी बाजारों में नरमी के बीच निवेशकों ने चुनिंदा शेयरों में मुनाफावसूली की. इससे दोनों प्रमुख सूचकांकों-बीएसई सेंसेक्स और एनएसई निफ्टी में गिरावट आई.

सेंसेक्स टुडे | शेयर बाजार: मजबूत आगाज, DHFL ने लगाया 9% का गोता

बुधवार को घरेलू शेयर बाजारों में तेजी देखने को मिली. हालांकि, वैश्विक संकेत नरम रहे. फेडरल रिजर्व के अधिकारियों ने ब्याज दरों में राहत की उम्मीदों को दरकिनार किया, जिससे कारोबारी सेंटिमेंट को झटका लगा. गुरुवार को जून सीरीज के डेरिवेटिव सौदों की एक्सपाइरी हो जाएगी.सुबह 9.30 बजे, बीएसई सेंसेक्स 55 अंक या 0.14 फीसदी की तेजी के साथ 34,490 के स्तर पर कारोबार करते हुए नजर आया. वहीं, निफ्टी 50 इंडेक्स भी 16 अंक या 0.13 फीसदी की बढ़त के साथ 11,812 पर रिकॉर्ड किया गया.

मार्च में PMS के निवेशकों की चांदी, मिला निफ्टी से ज्यादा रिटर्न

पिछले महीने घरेलू शेयर बाजारों ने शानदार छलांग लगाई. इस वजह से कई फंड मैनेजरों ने निवेशकों को बेतरीन रिटर्न दिए. कई पोर्टफोलियो मैनेजमेंट स्कीमों (PMS) ने 8 से 16 फीसदी का रिटर्न दिया. यह शेयर बाजार के प्रमुख सूचकांक के रिटर्न से काफी ज्यादा है. इस सूची में आसित सी मेहता इंवेस्टमेंट, पंतोमठ फंड मैनेजर्स, स्टालियन एसेट, ओल्ड ब्रिज कैपिटल मैनेजमेंट, सेजवन इंवेस्टमेंट एडवाइजर्स, समवित्ती कैपिटल, इक्विटी इंटेलिजेंस और एंजेल ब्रोकिंग जैसी PMS शामिल हैं.

सरकारी बैंकों के स्टॉक्स का नया ETF लॉन्च कर सकती है सरकार

वित्त मंत्रालय (finance ministry) सरकारी बैंकों के स्टॉक्स को मिलाकर एक एक्सचेंज ट्रेडेड फंड (exchange traded fund) लॉन्च करने पर विचार कर रहा है। एक सरकारी अधिकारी ने यह जानकारी दी। इससे पहले सरकार दो ईटीएफ लॉन्च कर चुकी है।अधिकारी ने कहा, ‘हम पीएसयू यानी सरकारी बैंकों के स्टॉक्स को मिलाकर ईटीएफ (ETF) लाने पर विचार कर रहे हैं। हम संभावित शेयरों की प्राइस मूवमेंट की स्टडी कर रहे हैं, जो इंडेक्स में शामिल हो सकते हैं।’ इसका नाम बैंक एक्सचेंज ट्रेडेड फंड (ETF) होगा, जो सरकार द्वारा पूर्व में लॉन्च किए गए दो ईटीएफ- सीपीएसई ईटीएफ (CPSE ETF) और भारत-22 ईटीएफ (Bharat-22 ETF) के अतिरिक्त होगा। इन्हें इन्वेस्टर्स की ओर से अच्छा रिस्पॉन्स मिला था।
सरकार ने भारत-22 ईटीएफ से वर्ष 2017 तक 32,900 करोड़ रुपए और सीपीएसई ईटीएफ से वर्ष 2014 तक 28,500 करोड़ रुपए जुटाए थे।

Capital First, IDFC Bank up 6% on completion of merger

Shares of Capital First (Rs 600) and IDFC Bank (Rs 43.40) were up 6% each on the BSE after these companies informed about the completion of their merger following the receipt of all requisite shareholder and regulatory approvals. The merged entity will be called IDFC First Bank, subject to shareholders’ approval.

RCom falls 12% on reports DoT has rejected its spectrum deal with Jio

Shares of Reliance Communications (RCom) fell as much as 12 per cent to Rs 13.77 apiece on BSE in the intra-day trade on Wednesday after a news report suggested that the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) on Tuesday, told RCom and Reliance Jio Infocomm that it can’t approve their spectrum deal to trade airwaves as it does not adhere to its guidelines.

Three mid-cap stocks that can rally up to 10% from current levels

The mid-and small-cap indices are outperforming the benchmarks in trade today. The S&P BSE Midcap index was trading 136 points or 0.9 per cent higher at 15,109, while the S&P BSE Small-cap was trading above 14,500 levels, up 118 points or 0.8 per cent. In comparison, the S&P BSE Sensex is 0.4% higher at 35,925 levels in intra-day trade.

Muthoot Finance stock rallies 14% following Q2FY19 numbers

Shares of Muthoot Finance jumped after posting strong Q2FY19 numbers. The company has registered a 23% increase in net profit at Rs975cr in the first half of FY19, against Rs791cr in the previous year. Its loan assets stood at Rs32,319cr as of September 30, 2018, as against Rs27,613cr as of September 30 ,2017, indicating a yoy growth of 17%.
