Nifty Outlook:- Indian equity markets witnessed profit booking with both Nifty & Bank Nifty index closing in the red. Nifty index closed at 12021.65 and Bank Nifty index closed at 31589.05. Next trigger for markets will be RBI policy on 6 june 2019, with the budget of new Govt scheduled on 5 july 2019. Nse Bse closed today on account of Ramzan Eid. We are expecting positive momentum to continue for the next few trading session till nifty holds above 12000 levels. इस साल आईपीओ की सबसे ज्यादा संख्या के मामले में भारत दुनिया में दूसरे नंबर पर रहा. साल 2018 में कंपनियों ने 161 इश्यू के जरिए प्राथमिक बाजार से कुल $5.52 अरब (38,631.72 करोड़ रुपये) जुटाए. इसकी जानकारी अर्न्स्ट एंड यंग (ईवाई) इंडिया की रिपोर्ट से मिलती है. ईवाई इंडिया की इस रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, मौजूदा कैलेंडर वर्ष की चौथी तिमाही के दौरान बीएसई और एनएसई पर केवल दो ही आईपीओ ने दस्तक दी, जबकि साल 2017 की चौथी तिमाही में नौ और साल 2016 की अंतिम तिमाही में तीन आईपीओ पेश हुए थे.

चंदा कोचर ने ICICI बैंक से इस्तीफा दिया, शेयर 5% चढ़े

आईसीआईसीआई बैंक की एमडी और सीईओ ने अपने पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया है. उन्होंने जल्द रिटायरमेंट देने के लिए बैंक के बोर्ड से अनुरोध किया था. बैंक के बोर्ड ने गुरुवार को इस अनुरोध को स्वीकार कर लिया. इस खबर के बाद आईसीआईसीआई बैंक के शेयरों में उछाल देखने को मिला. आईसीआईसीआई देश के सबसे बड़े निजी बैंकों में शामिल है. आईसीआईसीआई बैंक ने बीएसई को बताया है कि इसके बोर्ड ने तुरंत प्रभाव से चंदा कोचर का इस्तीफा स्वीकार कर लिया है. इस खबर के बाद बीएसई पर बैंक के शेयर 5.23 फीसदी चढ़कर 319 रुपये पर पहुंच गए. ईनगवर्न रिसर्च के श्रीराम सुब्रमण्यन ने ईटी नाउ से कहा, "यह खबर चौंकाने वाली है. सच्चाई यह है कि अभी श्रीकृष्ण समिति की जांच पूरी नहीं हुई है. इसलिए यह साफ नहीं है कि चंदा कोचर ने किस वजह से यह फैसला लिया.

ITD Cementation gains 7% on orders wins worth Rs845cr
