Bank Nifty trades above 1%; Axis Bank, PNB stocks lead

The Nifty Bank index gained over 1% and was trading above 25,000 mark. Benchmark indices were trading in a positive zone, led by ITC, Axis Bank, HDFC twins, Reliance Industries and IndusInd Bank. The Nifty Bank index gained over 1% and was trading above 25,000 mark.
