Dinesh Engineers Ltd, a passive communication infrastructure provider, is scheduled to open its initial public offering (IPO) on September 28, 2018. The price band for the issue has been set at Rs183-185 per equity share of face value of Rs10 each of the company. The issue will close on October 3, 2018.
The anchor investor allocation will be a day prior to the bid/offer opening date, i.e. September 27, 2018. The IPO consists of up to 10,000,000 Equity Shares.
